example: 
when the sun is out, it heats the water in the oceans.
when the sun heats the water in the oceans, there is vapor
when the vapor.
when vapor rises into the air, it forms clouds.
when water droplets in clouds get too heavy, it rains.
when it rains, the water runs off the ground or into lakes and rivers.
